just to let everyone know that this is a digital manipulation. meaning i did a little cut an' paste an viola! "manga vitctory"*. the reason why i wanted to do this is because i always wanted to know what my character, victory would look like in the dragonball* world. but, i suck at drawing anime. so i digitally maniped a couple of dbz pics to get the authentic look. again it's a digital manipulation.
